Longobardi and Sado bought by Unitec Group

The companies Longobardi Srl and Sado Srl have been bought by UNITEC S.p.A, through its subsidiary company Unisorting Srl, on the occasion of the sale held last Thursday (June, 23) at the Court of Bolzano.

Unisorting is a new company in the world of technologies for fruits and vegetables, and embodies over 90 years of Unitec experience at the international level in the fruit and vegetable sector, combined with the outstanding features and qualifications of three companies as Longobardi Srl, Sado Srl and Sammo Srl (previously acquired by Longobardi itself).
