New production site Fresh-Care Convenience

Hygiene and the food industry are inextricably linked. A perfectly conditioned room with a hygienic climate design is crucial in a High Care production environment. This video shows the new high-tech production site of Fresh-Care Convenience, part of the Staay Food Group. Fresh-Care Convenience specialises in processing fresh fruits and vegetables into ready-to-eat units. They will also have a City Farming area: a conditioned room for fully automatically cultivating lettuce with nutrient-rich water under special LED lighting. Soon fruits and vegetables will be processed here into millions of ready-to-eat units per week. Watch the video below if you want to know how a leaf of lettuce gets there.
