New advanced portable devices for the agricultural field by 32connect.net

The Internet of Things (IoT-Internet of Things) is taking steps even in agriculture. In cooperation with qualified partners, 32connect.net, the company specialized in the design of electronic systems, has created devices suitable for detection in agriculture measures, compatible with the main Spectrum and Irrometer Watermark sensors / probes, in addition to those for conventional weather measurements.

A number of different devices, therefore, designed for measuring activity associated with a tablet or a smartphone, or evolved logger in stand-alone mode or with a gateway to operate remotely through Internet connectivity.

Some examples: Quick Node, an integrated measuring device, with a very low consumption, is housed in a waterproof container of small dimensions and is capable of operating in the absence of conventional telecommunications infrastructure like ADSL, GSM / GPRS, etc., thanks to the introduction in Italy of the Sigfox network.

Using bluetooth connectivity, through a smartphone or a tablet, you can configure Quick Node choosing the type of sensor / probe and the acquisition range. After that, the measures will be passed on Sigfox network, so as to be readily available on the dedicated platform and easy to read.
