G. Kramer & Sons and Total Produce Nordic want to start a new company which will be active exclusively in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. On 26 April, the companies asked the Authority for Consumer & Markets (ACM) for permission for the joint venture which will be given the name Vezet Convenience Nordic AB.
Vezet is producer and supplier of freshly cut vegetables, ready-to-eat fruit, ultra-fresh pizzas and main course salads. Total Produce concerns itself with the import, export, sales, processing, maturing and distribution of fruits and vegetables, as well as the production, preparation and packaging of salads.
The joint venture Vezet Convenience Nordic will be engaged with the production, marketing and distribution of freshly cut fruits and vegetables, salads, main course salads and meal components in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
