Germany: Fresca announces share transfer

Fresca GmbH announces, according to the Agreement for Sale of Shares of Fresca GmbH, that Fresca GmbH has transferred shares to the Companies: Mafa Organic for Trade & Export, Elbostania for Agricultural Development Co – BLUE NILE. and The International for Land Reclamation - Belco.

This cooperation of 3 Companies will now participate as shareholders in Fresca GmbH.

"The purpose of this, is to promote the selling for Egyptian Fruit and Vegetables like Egyptian table grapes, oranges and other citrus, spring onions and strawberries in Germany and to therefore penetrate the German market and expand the market share for these Egyptian produces in Germany. This will also bring the Egyptian Growers to be “closer” to the German Customer base and hence apply directly their expertise and technical knowhow.", quotes John Symeonides, Managing Director of Fresca GmbH.
