There has never been a good, fruit friendly and flexible solution for filling trays. This is why Aweta has developed a system based on existing techniques, in which the Q-flow automatically fills trays. This way a simple choice menu enabling you to set the Q-flow to work with one or two tracks. The amount of fruits to be packaged per tray can then be set.
An automatic input of trays can be offered optionally and the filled trays can be offered in a seal line. The capacity of the Q-flow is 65 trays per minute maximum, depending on the desired packaging. The Q-flow is suitable for products with a diameter of 55 to 72 mm.
