CMA CGM starts line service between Zeebrugge and Caribbean

Container and shipping company CMA CGM is starting a line service between the port of Zeebrugge and the Caribbean area. CMA CGM also started a line service between Vlissingen and Morocco in September, intended to transport potatoes and onions from Zeeland and surroundings to African countries. CMA CGM will mainly transport fruit in cooling containers from the Caribbean. The first so called reefership, the Fort Saint Louis, will arrive in Zeebrugge on the 19th of January. The shipping company will employ four ships, each with a capacity of 2260 standard containers and 5 electrical connections for cooling containers.
