Mini watermelons with fewer, very small seeds

Both new seeded mini-watermelon varieties, NIKAS F1 and PEPITA F1 by Cora Seeds only have a few, very small seeds. The NIKAS F1 variety has a high yield. The round variety has an average weight of 2.5 kg and their flesh is red, both sweet and crisp, with only a few seeds.

And furthermore they have an excellent shelf life and the Brix value lies around 12.5 degrees. The NIKAS F1-melons are ideal for export and for retail. The PEPITA-F1 is a strong medium early variety (photo). Their weight lies between 1.5 and 2.5 kg and the tiger-striped rind is very attractive. The flesh of the watermelon is dark red, crisp and delicious. The PEPITA-F1 variety is suitable for early greenhouse cultivation or cultivation in the open field during the entire season.
