Operations manager Jürgen Hennhöfer explains: “Thanks to the new certification we created optimal conditions for a successful start in 2016.” The Braun Fruit Company is the only IFS certified fruit wholesaler in the area of Bad Füssing, Bad Griesbach and Bad Birnbach, the Bäderdreieck.
The main customers of the established company are hospitals, retirement homes, caterers, canteens and street markets. “In the first place we want to thank our IFS representative Mrs. Gruber, thanks to her efforts we could get our new certification. We would like to extend our gratitude to Mrs. Stadler our business consultant and the TÜV Süd auditor Mrs. Clausen-Bohm.”

For more then 100 years the company has been trading in food and in the 1960's it developed into a fruit and vegetable provider in the heart of the Bäderdreieck. “Currently 40 employees work every day with fresh fruit full of passion and joy," continues Jürgen Hennhöfer.
