Georg Thalhammer will present organic Hokkaido pumpkin ketchup at the direct marketing fair to the European trade public. It will be presented at the fair in Karlsruhe starting today 18 and finishing tomorrow the 19 November 2015.
Georg Thalhammer is a pioneer, from southern Germany, for the cultivation of the Hokkaido pumpkin and its processing. At expoDirekt Georg Thalhammer presents a large range of varieties and new in the range are the “Organic Hokkaido pumpkin ketchup.”
Three varieties get special attention. In the first place the “Original pumpkin ketchup” as an interesting alternative at the BBQ, in second place the “Kids pumpkin ketchup” fruity and mild and it has a nice color through the addition of beets and finally “Chilly pumpkin ketchup”. The ketchup varieties can be acquired in 450 ml bottles or in 5000 ml buckets for the catering industry.
