"Insect control system with built-in annihilation" against black-spotted drosophila"

The firm Whailex Schutz-Netz-Systeme will attend expo-SE a tradefair for asparagus and berry production to present an "Insect control system with built-in annihilation" to an international professional audience on November 18 and 19, 2015 in Karlsruhe.

Whailex Schutz-Netz-Systeme has made first the attempts to combat the black-spotted drosophila with an "insect control system with built-in annihilation". In this system, insect control nets are stretched around an installation, just like a fence. Atop the fence they spray an adhesive, to which the insects stick. This zone is protected by a hail-protection net, to keep birds far away from the sticky surface.
