Cheese filled vegetables for health conscious consumer

Die Kaesemacher, produces sheep’s and goat’s cheese in all different variations. The variety of fresh cheese ranges from fresh cheese rolls and balls made from sheep’s and goat’s milk, to vegetables filled with fresh cheese and appetizing spreads.

The antipasti range targets the health-conscious connoisseur. A culinary specialty is our gourmet-glass, which provides a delightful variation to our antipasti products.

All the products are distributed under the label Die Kaesemacher and come fresh, packed in a protective atmosphere. Around 45% of production is exported to customers in more than 40 countries around the globe, especially to Scandinavia, the Benelux, the United States and Russia. The partner company for France and the Benelux is Prolaidis.
