Successful conclusion to the fruit-merchant seminar of 2015

The requirements for the fruit trade are constantly rising, and with that also the many tasks for the employees in the industry. Merchandise knowledge, logistics, marketing, internal organisation, food legislation, quality management, as well as trade and agricultural politics are only some of the themes which the experts with practical experience convey at the fruit merchant seminar from the Deutschen Fruchthandelsverbandes e.V. (DFHV). With this the two week long, intensive training course counts among the most comprehensive extra-occupational training of the fruit industry.

For 30 years, the DFHV has organized this seminar, and for almost 25 years together with the Weiterbildungsgesellschaft of IHK Bonn/ Rhein-Sieg. That's why participants also get an IHK certificate upon successful completion. "It's not just about constantly updating of content, but also about building a network, to transfer experience and get in contact with colleges from other companies in the marketing chain", says Susanne König of DFHV, responsible for the FrischeSeminar, the educational platform of the association. At the end of September, 25 employees had participated in the further fruit merchant training ensuring this year's seminar was fully booked.

The high acceptance of the fruit merchant seminar shows that there are already numerous people interested in the certificate training for the coming year. The fruit merchant seminar of 2016 will be held from 12 to 16 September and from 26 to 30 September in Bad Honnef. Reservations are still possible.
