After the success in London, now Madrid and Berlin

Zerbinati proceeds with its expansion abroad

Zerbinati, leader in the Italian market of ready-to-serve fresh vegetables and fresh ready-made dishes, was founded in 1970 by Ferdinando Zerbinati, a fruit and vegetables dealer who combined passion and quality to build a real 100% Made in Italy success over the years.

Today the Italian brand offers more than 80 references (salads, vegetables, soups, cremes and side dishes) developed according to the best Italian cooking tradition and with a special consideration for the new gastronomic trends. From 2007, Zerbinati is also certified by IFS (International Food Standard), an international certification that judges the productive processes according to strict hygienic and sanitary standards.

The passion for good food and the continuous search for high quality has lead Zerbinati to be awarded by consumers with tens of millions packs sold every year, a market share of over 30% in Italy and a constantly increasing turnover, that in 2014 reached 29.5 million Euro.

Today the company is involved in an ambitious project of expansion abroad.

Last July, Zerbinati took part into the second edition of "Bellavita Expo. The excellence of Italy", an international fair held in London dedicated to the Italian Food excellences. Here, Zerbinatìs "Fresh Vegetable Minestrone" has been rewarded with a star at Bellavita Awards for its unique characteristics in terms of taste, freshness and sales potential in the UK market.

After the Londoner kermesse success, Zerbinati is now pointing to the next international stage: in October, the company will be present at Fruit Attraction In Madrid. After that, Zerbinati will be in Berlin in February 2016 for Fruit Logistica.

The Italian company, therefore, is very serious in his foreign expansion project. As Simone Zerbinati – General Manager of Zerbinati - says, "We are proud to contribute to the diffusion of the Italian cuisine in the world. We put a lot of passion in what we do, and are strongly committed in letting European consumers try the taste of the real Italian fresh minestrone and our many other traditional Italian products".
