Typhoon “Cuckoo” landed on the coast of the Fujian province at 8:50 a.m. on September 29th. Fruit and vegetable farms in Huangtan have been damaged by the storm. According to an initial estimate, around 400 hectares were lost. Damage is thought to mount to 900 thousand Chinese Yuan.
