Increase in Bonduelle's annual net profit

Agrifood group, Bonduelle, have seen their annual net profit increase over 2014/15, mainly thanks to litigation from the purchase of France Champignon in 2010, and a decrease in financial expenses.

Bonduelle’s net income for the group reached €69.2 million for their annual exercises at the end of June, compared to €15.2 million last year, i.e. over quadruple profit.

Turnover increased by 3.2% in a year to €1.98 billion. Taking into account the development of their operational profitability and the 2015-2016 horizon, the group will suggest at a General Assembly on the 3rd December 2015 a 15% increase in dividends to €0.43 per share.
