This year's bran new initiative is "Dal Campo alla Tavola: For Real!" (From the field to the table - for real!), which recreates the 2014 format which though has been expanded thanks to the cooperation of the management for what concerns the contacts with foreign buyers.
"We will start on 24th September with a visit to greenhouses, after which we will continue onto the field. After lunch, we will tour the Sipo facility and go back to the fair. The objective is to allow operators the change to get to know our products directly."
The sales managers from the main European distribution chains (Scandinavia and Saudi Arabia in particular) will take part as well as the main Italian sales managers and the specialised press.
"We will also present new products within the Sapori del mio Orto range (Aromatic herbs, Soups and Salads), which combines ingredients with a recipe. Our new creations are made using fresh mushrooms."
