Bananas for Germany
He runs a plantation at the border river to Panama, close to the Bribri site in the region of Talamanca. There he grows around 250,000 perennials on 130 hectares. Ribniger harvests around 300,000 crates of bananas of 20 kg each on a yearly basis.
These are exported exclusively to Germany.
