Canned vegetable manufacturer HAK for sale
The current owner NPM Capital, an investment company, hired Rabobank to check the strategical options of the company.
NPM Capital is for more than 10 years owner of HAK. The company and the Board of Directors deny the possible sale.
The first 4 months of this year the sales of applesauce, red cabbage and other products increased with 5%. The sales of green beans increased even by 15%.
The company changed the assortment from 477 products in 2012 to 217 at the end of 2014.
