Titan Farms update:

US: Excellent peach season in SC

Titan Farms, grower, packer and shipper of peaches and vegetables in the Southeast, gave an update today on this year’s peach crop at the midway point of the season.

As the company heads into August, which is typically the biggest volume month, the outlook is positive. While the farm started the season with small fruit, sizing has improved vastly. Retailers are enjoying great promotional volume while consumers are enjoying a great eating peach. Titan Farms’ peach season is scheduled to continue through mid-September.

“We spent the off-season getting our new state-of-the-art facility ready for business so we could sell the best quality Titan Farms peaches and we have delivered,” said Chalmers Carr, president of Titan Farms. “As we approach our biggest weeks of the season, we are very pleased with the volume and quality of our peaches. We are stronger than ever and look forward to a solid finish.”
