Ruby Fresh Chef’s Challenge is an exclusive Pomegranate Arils recipe contest for passionate chefs that are currently working in a restaurant and are incorporating Pomegranate Arils in a dish; or have a recipe in mind that creatively showcases the flavor and versatility of the fruit. The winner will be announced on October 23rd 2015 at the PMA Fresh Summit Convention & Expo in Atlanta, GA and will receive $5,000.00 cash.
