For food processing industry with a high output, the durable CWPmaxx Neptune, which can be used non-stop for unpackaged and packaged food. Instead of conventional devices the checkweigher has only one conveyor belt and no bearings, rollers and belts, which reduces the wear and tear of parts, reducing maintenance costs. In order to save energy only one motor is necessary. The output is between 120 and 250 packages per minute.
The CWPmaxx Neptune can be configured according to individual requirements. Users can choose between different conveyor belt dimensions, adjust software, and other special solutions.
