New warehouse vanWylick: cooling,ripening at one location

The BMP Olching, a joint venture between the shareholders of MP Holding and ISARKIES group, will realize a logistics’ warehouse for vanWylick, the fruit importer. BMP Olching will build a cold storage for fruit and vegetables as well as the ripening of bananas. The warehouse will be built on a plot of approx. 17,730 m² on the Olchinger industrial park "G-Park 471" in the west of Munich

The construction of the approximately 7,000 square meters warehouse, gallery and art space as well as approx. 880 m² office, social and transport areas will start in the fourth quarter 2015. The fruit importer vanWylick GmbH will be a long-term tenant of the building.

The building should be ready in the third quarter 2016. Initially a total of 100 people will be employed in Olching. The warehouse is placed directly at the exit Dachau / Fürstenfeldbruck (A8) and the B471, to make sure that there are excellent transport links in all directions.

ISARKIES Group
