The 8th Annual Greenhouse Competition took place this weekend at the Leamington Fair. A panel of expert judges weighed in on over 180 entries of the very best in the home of the largest greenhouse region in North America.
Orangeline Farms knows the “sweet” results of growing a specialty greenhouse business. The Zing! Sweet Mini peppers swept this year’s competition category with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards in the category. In fact, as finalists in all other categories, Orangline knows that being “hot” is more than looking good, it is taste, smell, shape and a commitment to continuous innovation.

Zing! Peppers have taken several top awards from this signature Greenhouse Competition in the past that include “Best Specialty Sweet Pepper”, “Best Specialty Hot Pepper” and “People’s Choice, Best Mini Cucumber” award. This year’s judges stated that the Zing! Specialty Hot Pepper was the hottest in the category.
“It’s not only great to be recognized for our peppers, it is important that we as a region stand together as a group and recognize the collective accomplishments that we have produced.
