High season for Prince de Bretagne artichokes!

Camus- and small purple artichokes are already available in ample quantities. The ideal spring weather has boosted the crops, and the quality and quantity of our artichokes is optimal. Excellent harvest yield for the small purple artichokes and 600 tons for the Camus artichokes alone.. take a hold of them now that they have high season conditions!

The small purple artichokes are particularly attractive in a freshness bag with 5 small heads: ideal for a classic household. The advantage: a better shelf life, imprinted recipe ideas and tips for preparation.

It is also the first harvest yield for the Castel-artichoke and the new Cardinal-artichoke. The latter is appreciated especially for its succulent bottom, its fruity, fresh flavor and its intense green color.
