This apple crash diet exploits the beneficial properties of fresh apples. Enzymes bring your metabolism up to speed, vitamin C accelerates fat loss, potassium helps you lose excess fluids and pectin keeps you full and satisfied for longer. There are many varieties of apples, so the apple diet is not boring. Nevertheless, this form of diet should only be used for a short period of time in order not to deprive the body of needed fats and carbohydrates.

Losing weight with the apple diet plan

It is healthier to slowly lose weight and keep the weight off. That is no problem with an apple diet plan of 3 apples a day. For example, breakfast can consist of an apple in a fruit salad or mixed in with your cereal. Yoghurt with an apple is delicious. At noon you eat a big apple before lunch. During the apple diet lunch should be low in calories. In the evening, another apple is eaten before the meal, for instance a dinner of salad with turkey breast or steamed vegetables with chicken. Because of the apple before dinner these meals will give you a full and satisfied feeling for a long time.
