Germany: prices of Valencia Late decreased

Navelate and Lane Late from Spain were the most present of the oranges on the German wholesale markets in week 17 as far as volumes were concerned. Valencia Late from Egypt, Spain and Morocco completed the supply. There were still some Washington Navels coming from Turkey. Italy supplied blood oranges of the varieties Tarocco and Moro.

The season is coming to an end. Although the volumes weren't huge, there also wasn't much attention. Small calibres, mainly pressing oranges, did well on the warmer days. The price level remained equal to the week before, but occasionally went up for certain varieties. The Valencia Late from Spain received a much lower price.
