Over half a year ago JEM-id developed the software package "CoolCommerce.Net" again for ADB Cool Company. ADB Cool Company uses CoolCommerce.Net for incoming and outgoing deliveries, stock, quality control, billing and controlling the complete logistic process. The package is continually extended. The process of the loading of trucks has now become more insightful in realtime for employees and chauffeurs.
Waiting times
To give the chauffeurs who have registered with the warehouse office better insight into the waiting times, a screen has been placed in the waiting room on which the chauffeurs can see an overview of all the registered chauffeurs and the estimated loading time. Tablets have also been placed by the docks on which chauffeurs and employees can follow the process of loading in real time. As soon as a lorry is fully loaded, a notice on screen and a buzzer indicates that the chauffeur has to report to the warehouse office ready to leave.
CoolCommerce.Net
The software package CoolCommerce.Net, which was developed by JEM-id over half a year ago, makes sure that all relevant company processes can be dealt with efficiently at the office. Using various links with different large customers the parties can be completely made up on CoolCommerce.Net based on the supplied information so you know exactly what pallets are expected at what time. The complete logistics are controlled based on the figures processed in the office.
