Germany: less interest Spanish tomatoes

German wholesale markets mostly saw a presence of Spanish tomatoes in week 15. They did see slowly decreasing interest though. Supplies from the Netherlands and Belgium gradually increased. The quality of the fruit was good. Prices went down due to the large supplies. Even beef tomatoes and vine tomatoes went along with the price decrease. The smaller vine tomatoes were popular, however. Only in Berlin did the shortage of Spanish vine tomatoes cause a higher price.
