In week 15 on the German wholesale market the apple sector was mostly full of German Jonagold and Elstar apples. The Italian Golden Delicious and Granny Smith apples were also present. France supplied the Granny and Jazz apples and the Dutch provided Jonagold. There was a lot of interest in the European parties but that had little effect on the price. Customers in Frankfurt had to pay more for the big calibers Braeburn and Pinova. The overseas top fruit market was disappointing since the focus was mainly on the European offer.
