Demo on ethylene analyzer and more at CPMA

Felix Instruments–Applied Food Science will attend the CPMA Convention & Trade Show in Montréal, Québec April 15-17, 2015. Application Scientists from Felix Instruments will be available to demonstrate the full Felix Instruments product line including the F-950 Handheld Ethylene Analyzer whose applications range from verification of ethylene mitigation systems and MAP packaging to ripening and citrus degreening. The F-950 Handheld Ethylene Analyzer instantly measures the three gases critical to fruit ripening: C2H4, CO2 and O2. "Traditional respiration monitoring excludes the impact of ethylene, which even in small amounts speeds spoilage and decreases shelf-life," explains Leonard Felix, President of Felix Instruments.

"Felix Instruments is proud to offer groundbreaking technologies that enable growers and retailers to farm and maintain premium fresh produce. If you can measure it, you can manage it."

CPMA attendees interested in learning more about Felix Instruments can make an appointment directly with Felix Instruments Application Scientist Andrea Melnychenko, who will be attending the show along with Felix Distributor, Chantler Packaging (located at booth 2308).
