Demo on ethylene analyzer and more at CPMA

Felix Instruments–Applied Food Science will attend the CPMA Convention & Trade Show in Montréal, Québec April 15-17, 2015. Application Scientists from Felix Instruments will be available to demonstrate the full Felix Instruments product line including the F-950 Handheld Ethylene Analyzer whose applications range from verification of ethylene mitigation systems and MAP packaging to ripening and citrus degreening. The F-950 Handheld Ethylene Analyzer instantly measures the three gases critical to fruit ripening: C2H4, CO2 and O2. "Traditional respiration monitoring excludes the impact of ethylene, which even in small amounts speeds spoilage and decreases shelf-life," explains Leonard Felix, President of Felix Instruments.
