NNZ acquires J&J Supply

NNZ, a leading supplier of packaging solutions for agricultural markets, announces that they entered into a binding agreement to acquire J&J Supply, a company specialized in agricultural packaging needs to enhance its product portfolio through established relationships with manufacturers worldwide, as well as 93 years of experience in the agricultural packaging industry.

The acquisition, based in Las Cruces, NM, further increases NNZ’s share in the produce packaging market. “The combination of J & J Supply with NNZ’s broad portfolio of products in the agricultural packaging market will provide to our clients a variety of packaging options along with market expertise, “said Marco Boot, President of NNZ Inc. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our market share,” added Jim Mattocks and Marco Boot.
