Technical visit to learn more about ripening

The Netherlands is the leading country when it comes to producing fruit and vegetables but also when it comes to storage technology, CA and ULO storage and the design of banana ripening rooms. The 20th-24th of April there will be a delegation from Brasil in The Netherlands.

The Netherlands is one of the biggest European countries exporting produce and knowledge worldwide. The Dutch industry also has an important role in producing control equipment for storage and fruit ripening. Specifically in the Netherlands, more can be learned about the leading companies and opportunities are available to visit facilities which have been recently built and are state of the art.

To learn more about this interesting trip; including visits to ports, ripening facilities and companies who deliver special products such as control systems for banana ripening, one day will be reserved for companies to present their products and to learn more about the needs in Brazil.
