UK: Waitrose customer wins Jazz Honda

Waitrose customer, Mrs Nicholls of Bracknell, Berkshire, was delighted today to receive the winning prize of Win a Honda Jazz with Jazz in Waitrose. The competition was exclusive to Waitrose, entered by simply purchasing a promotional pack of Jazz Apples in Waitrose and registering details on the competition page on waitrose.com.

The hybrid Honda car was presented to Mrs Nicholls at the Waitrose store in Bond Way, Bracknell by branch manager, Graham Oakley.

Five Boardman Hybrid Comp Bikes were awarded to runner up winners of the prize draw.

The Jazz Apple variety is a cross between the UK’s two biggest selling varieties – the Royal Gala and the Braeburn. The variety grows superbly in the UK meaning that from November to the end of April, UK consumers can enjoy a fantastically good apple while all the time supporting UK growers.

Like all good parents, these two varieties passed on their best traits to Jazz. From the Royal Gala, the Jazz Apple gets its deliciously sweet taste and from the Braeburn it inherits its crunchy-licious texture. With such esteemed parentage, it’s no wonder that the Jazz Apple now sits firmly at the top of its tree.
