Organic greenhouse vegetable season starts at BioVibe

Spring has started and so has the greenhouse vegetable season at BioVibe. Johan Vanhaeren says that they are offering various vegetables at the moment, which include green oakleaf, read oakleaf, cabbage lettuce, rucola, spinach and chervil. "These products will be fully available for the whole summer as of week 14." Johan and the BioVibe growers look towards the season positively.

He indicates that the assortment will extend over the next while. "We will also start the asparagus in a week or two and strawberries, courgette, fennel, green celery and Chinese cabbage will also be added."

The Belgian company BioVibe was founded in July 2013. BioVibe is a wholesaler in organic fruits and vegetables, started by André Vanhaeren. Together with his three sons Johan, Erwin and Ive, he has been growing organic vegetables on an area of 45 hectares in Limburg for 40 years.
