2014 was rather a positive year for Azienda Agricola Altamura: "We managed to conquer new markets and strengthen our presence on the usual ones. In addition, we widened our range of products with pea shoots, chives, greek cress, coriander and red pak choi," explains Fabio Altamura, who runs the family business with brothers Alfonso and Giuseppe.
"Moreover, we improved our greenhouse production with new structures and equipment, paying increasing attention to defence and prevention. That is why our crops are covered in thick protective nets. We also bought new machinery to identify even the tiniest foreign bodies during processing."
The objective for 2015 is growing and improving their supply. "In addition, we want to stand out for the quality of our products and services. The keywords for the new year will be innovation and sustainability. We also decided to cultivate more organic products"

The video, which will also be shown at Fruit Logistica 2015, was made using traditional equipment and drones.
Alfonso, Giuseppe and Fabio Altamura will attend Fruit Logistica in Hall 4.2 Stand C-04 together with their colleagues. The team will be happy to talk about the company and provide information regarding their product range.
The new Foglia Sublime packaging will also be presented: "the design is more contemporary and close to our concept of combining tradition and innovation."
