Digital lemon information source to be unveiled
The information on the portal, which is updated on a regular basis, is organised into a number of different sections guided by the search tool. Using Think Lemon you can research the history of lemons, their life cycle and the varietal types available.
Access is also provided to a large catalogue of food and drink recipes, together with tips for choosing the juiciest lemons in the supermarket shopping aisles, music, health tips, beauty treatment advice and ways to use lemons in the home, not to mention decoration tips and other interesting and useful facts.
Users are invited to create a personal profile in order to save and file the information most of interest to them. Furthermore, you can enter competitions and surveys, in addition to uploading a CV and submitting lemon facts.
Think Lemon is currently published in Spanish and English, with further languages expected to be added in due course.
One of the most interesting and unusual aspects of Think Lemon is the fact that it encourages 100% lemon usage (as opposed to using just a few drops of juice) and demystifies the need to create a perfect 'slice' as being the most important parameter for usage. Furthermore, Think Lemon does not just talk about the lemons that are audited by All Lemon, but about lemons from all sources.
To find out more about All Lemon and Think Lemon, they can be visited at Fruit Logistica at Hall 25, Stand A-13k.
