The policy was complemented by the establishment of Flavour Valley, a company which, together with Nico cooperative, enables Sipo to cover the entire chain from sowing to the promotion of products on the shelf -herbs, packed, unwashed and fresh-cut range, ready to eat mushrooms and even the organic fresh-cut range.
