Turkish-German fruit and vegetable trader emerged in Barendrecht

4Fruit warns of German firm once again

4Fruit previously warned people about the company Renergy Entsorgungsmanagement und Rohstoffhandel GMBH at the start of December. This company also operates under the name: Renergy GMBH, Ballindamm 13, 20095 Hamburg. The buyers and company leader are: Murat Mustafa Sahin and Niels Christian Jacobsen. The website is www.renergy.de

Jan Bakker of 4Fruit says that the company still hasn't paid, despite the pledges. "On the 3rd of December 'herr' Murat Mustafa Sahin reported by telephone. The ground was probably getting too hot under his feet due to AGF.nl's publication. Now he's back with an incoherent story about unpaid bills in Russia which mean he can't pay."

Jan has also been phoned by various colleagues from the Netherlands. "The total of unpaid bills come to light after one day: over 200k. He also constantly threatened our seller and is demanding 500 Euro he apparently gave him in private as provision. This is complete nonsense. Colleagues, once again: be careful, these criminals will stop at nothing to slow the case down and not pay. It is possible they will soon disappear without a trace. I am considering reporting them to the Kriminal Polizei. The strangest part is that the Geschäftsführer Niels Christian Jacobsen is also a real estate agent of a factoring and leasing company with a website www.flmakler.de

Turkish-German fruit and vegetable trader emerged in Barendrecht
The buyer mentioned in the mail above, who uses the alias 'i.a' (in auftrag) Murat Mustafa Sahin, has suddenly appeared in the Netherlands after dropping off the radar in Hamburg. He systematically denies his former ties to Renergy. However, his voice has been recognised by multiple people. He does go by another name now. Who knows, it may even be his own name. He seems to be called Serat Karvulan (or along those lines). For the interested duped, he is available on the Dutch phone number 0031 (0) 649089557.

He has found shelter or rented an office at a logistics company on the Koopliedenweg in Barendrecht and is now trying to trade with a number of different companies again. This time under the guise of: "I give set prices and check it before hand. So there is no risk."

He is still approaching firms who made it through the last round unscathed. This man is very "loved" in the fruit and vegetable world. He appears to have left a trail of multiple tonnes of misery/loss in the Netherlands last year. We traced him last week and spoke to him. He was supposed to come to the office on Friday to talk about the old matter. First at 10 am, then at 1 pm, but as you may have guessed: he was a no show. The appointment was moved again. But history repeated itself. Another no show. Only a threat that a lawyer will be involved if we publish.
