No shipment through Eurotunnel today due to fire

A fire in the Eurotunnel this weekend has caused a significant delay of shipments from France to the United Kingdom. Transporter Daily Fresh has informed its clients that they should reckon with significant delays today, with 7.5 hour delays being mentioned.

On Saturday, a train caught fire in the Eurotunnel, followed by an electronic failure on Sunday. It has been reported that the connection will be fully active again on Tuesday.
