"Starting from these considerations, just a year ago, on the occasion of Fruit Logistica 2014, we premièred our Hubleaves, the first B2B marketplace dedicated to the promotion and marketing of baby leaf and fresh produce, a project launched a few months later in beta", Hubleaves founders Fabio Altamura and Fabrizio Todisco (in the picture below) say.
"The first 6 months of operation were very positive, we generated a good turnover for the partner companies", Fabrizio states. "In 2015, we will be launching 'Remix Your Salad', a simple web application that allows the user to create their own salad mix - choosing from the different varieties available - and to receive a market price in just a few hours. This innovation has been developed to meet the needs of our users."
The agri-food sector is exploiting digital media and e-commerce platforms to spread quickly and less expensively, local products; in this context, Hubleaves is a different service which is dedicated to business operators (Buyer, Retailer, Wholesaler, etc).
