Prince de Bretagne to produce 36 tons/day of leeks

As of the 20th January, Prince de Bretagne estimate that their average production will reach 30 tons per day for traditionally farmed leeks and 6 tons per days for their organic range. They have launched a new range of high quality leeks, A+. Prince de Bretagne have estimated their leek production to reach 5,000 tons, of which 800 tons is organically farmed.
