Russia importing seed potatoes from Finland

The German 'Agrarmarkt Informations-Gesellschaft (AMI)' (Agricultural Market Information Company) has reported on their website that Finland can sell 3,890 tons of seed potatoes to Russia. This sale comes as a result of an inspection tour of the Russian veterinary and phytosanitary service 'Rosselkhoznador'. The tour took place last November (25th-27th).

The experts found no infectious diseases in the samples of seed potatoes they studied from Finland. The customs and control points have now received the necessary information to allow the completion of deliveries to Russia without problems.
