On Friday the 12th, and Saturday 13th of December, Burg Machinefabriek held its client/demo days in Kruiningen. Although the factory held an open day just two years ago, when the new building was opened, the company's 60th anniversary was reason enough to host another one.
Everywhere in the building, machines were showcased, ranging from bin tippers to packing machines, and palletizing solutions to water purification. Also, on the first floor, the company's 60-year history was shown on a 'wall of history' and a company film.
"We are active in the entire fresh produce sector, but still write Fruit with a capital F," manager Arjan van Burg emphasized. He was happy about the many visitors during the client/demo days, although Friday was a bit quieter because of the storm. "We are proud of the staff, and these days also motivate them to show clients and relations what we're capable of!"
