Italy: Fluctuating cauliflower prices

Average cauliflower quotations dropped slightly during the second and third weeks of November 2014.

According to Ismea data, the price of cauliflowers from Rovigo dropped because the weather affected the quality of the produce and that of cauliflowers from Naples and Apulia dropped because there was more produce available. Prices were stable in Salerno and Metaponto.
