Brio Fruits celebrates 40 years with prizes for consumers and distributors

The new packaging

Brio Fruits, the brand of Spanish citrus imported into France by Banagrumes, is celebrating 40 years of existence. To mark the occasion, Banagrumes is sponsoring several contests over the span of nine months that give their customers chances to win hundreds of prizes. The event will be capped off by a grand-prize drawing in May of next year.

Alain & Hélène Alarcon (Banagrumes)

“We will give away 40 prizes every month, starting in September and finishing in May,” explained Alain Alarcon. “At the end of the promotion, in May, we will raffle off a trip for two to Valencia with hotel accommodations.” Consumers can register for the promotion, which is currently underway, by going to www.briofruits.com. They can sign up for the monthly prizes, and the drawing for the trip to Valencia will come from all who have entered any of the drawings.

Brio Fruits will also hold a separate contest for its distributors, with the distributor with the best turnover advance, from September to February, earning a trip to Valencia during the “Fallas” Festival with hotel accommodations. Based in Paris, Banagrumes imports citrus from their orchards in Spain. They have offices in Paris and a distribution hub in Perpignan.

The kick event of the whole promotion has taken place in their Rungis’ store by the last week of September, where they organized a breakfast every day, from Tuesday to Friday for their customers, suppliers and other business relationships.

The Spanish citrus Premium brand Brio Fruits has been distributed for 40 years mainly in France, Italy, Germany, and more recently in Canada and Russia.
