Sun World appoints land & water transactions project manager

Sun World have announced the appointment of Clifton Lollar to the newly created position of land & water transactions project manager.

Lollar comes to Sun World from the Kings River Water Association where, over the last 11 years, he has administered water rights for the association’s 28 members and has managed river operations as well as a variety of regulatory programs.

Lollar will be a key coordinating member of the Sun World team that seeks, evaluates and acquires new farmland and works to optimize the use of our varied portfolio of water supplies. He will be located in Fresno, CA.

“Clifton Lollar’s extensive experience in managing local water operations will be of value to Sun World as we continue to bring added focus on land acquisition and efficient use of water assets. In working to expand our supply of proprietary varieties, we believe his appointment to our team will help to provide Sun World with the necessary resources for our organizational growth,” Sun World President and CEO Dave Dever said.
