"We have done business with this company for some years, but since April we've noticed payments weren't being fulfilled. There's a lot of talk from owner Joseph Kalache that they're growing and that everything is going so well. Purchasers Aleksandr Prigunov and Katerina Molchadskaya aren't able or allowed to answer, but beg us not to report the company as a defaulter, since that would scare off other (Dutch) suppliers. We have made various payment arrangements, which were only adhered to by the owner sporadically. Fortunately, this isn't about a huge outstanding balance, but it's frustrating that he uses 'our' money to pay new suppliers, and this goes on and on... So it's become more of a matter of principle, because we don't like such a mentality!" says Wim van der Burgh.
