Bijlsma Hercules continues introduction of new models of hall fillers

Bijlsma Hercules has been active as a logistics specialist in the area of processing agricultural crops and other bulk goods. From the field to the supermarket, Bijlsma Hercules offers solutions with which a large variety of products can be optimally processed and with which the customer can further optimise their added value.

There has been a project matic approach to all assignments since the 90's, whereas before only standard machines were produced. "This means we are almost always able to offer the customer the most ideal logistic solutions for their situation, in which we usually use all available types and models of machines we have developed over the years," according to Jan Bijlsma, director of Bijlsma Hercules. "Due to our central project control in Franeker, we are able to fill in the assignment according to wish through short lines and focussed project communication, so that the customer gets what they expect. This way there is always one point of contact for the whole project, even for the the implementation of used machines or machines from other brands."

This season the introduction of the new models of BHV hall fillers was continues, in which new lengths and editions of the standard delivery size are included. At Aardappeldemodag (Potato Demo Day) in Westmass two fine examples of this were present, in which especially the tight appearance and modern look were apparent. The lack of tie rods and a striking electric switch box were also pluses, which certainly adds to the modern look of the machines.

There hall fillers can optionally be supplied with a wide scale of options, such as coupling yokes for different models of telescope bands and various programmes for optimal filling results. Of course, the customer specific editions are also available, such as company colour or special transport belts. "We also pay a lot of attentions to the manner of transport of the products during the finishing of our installation and machines, so that there is no or minimal damage and our customers can optimally turn over the value of their products into earnings," says Jan Bijlsma.
