Germany: calm demand for plums

There was a diverse supply of plums available in week 32 on the German wholesale markets. This was reported by BLE. Domestic varieties such as Top and Hanita sold well. Bosnia and Herzegovina offered the varieties Cacaks Schöne and Stanley. Italy and Greece also sent some volumes. The demand was calm and due to the weak sales the prices decreased. The late varieties cost 88 cents per kilo on average, but the early varieties barely made it above 80 cents. New Stanley from Italy made a Euro per kilo, but the Greek Stanley only made half of that.
